Our History
Green Mountain Insulation and Scaffolding Construction, AIS LLC is a Northern California based insulation and scaffolding contractor focusing on construction and maintenance for industrial and governmental customers.
Founded in 2016, Green Mountain Insulation and Scaffolding Construction (“Green Mountain”) has a highly experienced staff of insulation and scaffolding professionals dedicated to working efficiently and safely. Its safety programs and record are excellent.
Green Mountain is proud to work exclusively with highly trained and skilled union workers.

OUR MANAGEMENT
Carlos Deloach, General Manager
Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry. Before coming to American Insulation and Scaffolding, Carlos was the Manufacturing Maintenance Leader for Corteva’s Pittsburg, California manufacturing facility. Prior to working at Corteva, Carlos worked at a leading herbicide chemical manufacturer for several years. He climbed the leadership ranks from Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, Global Manufacturing Manager, to Business Unit Leader.
These years working in the chemical manufacturing industry have allowed Carlos to develop strong safety leadership ethics and styles. He has had the experience of leading numerous safety initiatives including OSHA VPP Start Certification, Behavior Based Safety programs, Safety Recognition Programs, and Safety Cultural Change Programs.
Carlos is a graduate of Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia with a degree in Chemical Engineering, the University of New Orleans with an MBA. Carlos also pursued a Master’s in Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
